Welcome to 5350 Bryant Avenue! We have lived here since 2002, and love the house, street, neighborhood, and community. Most important, our neighbors are amazing. There are a mix of young couples, families, and folks who have lived on the street for generations. You could not ask for better neighbors.
The neighborhood is extremely walkable, and full of amenities – The Temescal Farmer's Market, the Rockridge Library, great coffee shops (say hi to Tanya at Hudson Bay) and restaurants, and Market Hall, to name a few. The Rockridge BART station and casual carpool are within 10 minutes of the house. It is also a short walk to Broadway Ave. and Piedmont Ave., and close to Berkeley.
We are sad to be leaving the area, but happy to know that someone else will enjoy our house and Bryant Ave. for many years to come. We hope you love the house and neighborhood as much as we do.
